Sequatchie, Tennessee- The 13th running of the Tennessee Knock Out Hard Enduro took place in the rocky creek beds and rooty hills surrounding the Trails Training Center facility near Chattanooga, with over 500 riders in attendance ready to tackle one of the most challenging offroad courses in the world. Team DirtFirst\/HollywoodMovieBikes made their Hard Enduro debut at the event, with AMA Hard Enduro ace Joseph Van Roekel and GNCC\/NHHA\/Score veteran Andy Lagzdins both riding KTM Freeride EXC electric motorcycles in the Emoto class. Saturday’ night’s highlights included Roekel qualifying on the front row for the main event, and Lagzdins taking a big win in the EnduroCross Straight Rhythm LCQ to transfer to the big show. A brilliant ride by Roekel on Sunday put him second in the Emoto overall, demonstrating the smooth power and solid reliability of the KTM in the most demanding conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The TKO Racebikes used completely stock batteries, controllers, and motors for smooth power delivery and maximum reliability. Some of the DirtFirst Racing modifications included: high capacity radiators, auxiliary cooling fan systems, and full coverage skidplates with water pump protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
